She's adorable! I have a 3 year old daughter myself and I can't begin to imagine how you feel. My thoughts are with you and yours. May god bless you and little Serena.
I'm so sorry to read about your situation. I had a little boy who passed away from neuroblastoma in 2000. I will pray for little Serena.
